We guarantee that all descriptions provided by us and appearing on any of our written representations, including price tags, receipts, advertisements and web pages, are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge. The information thus provided may serve as a certification of authenticity for insurance or other purposes.
3. The prices listed on site are retail prices. We appreciate our strong relationships with other dealers and with the design industry. Please contact us for more information regarding our to-the-trade policies.

RETURNS

1. Returns on web purchases are accepted for full refund if we are notified of the intent to return within 48 hours of receipt of the item, and we receive the item back within 7 days.  
2. Return shipping is at customer expense.

PAYMENTS

1. We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
2. We accept PayPal, bank drafts, money orders, wire transfers, and personal and business checks, and reserve the right to hold merchandise for shipment until funds clear.

2. We insist upon professional packing, to clarify responsibility in case of damage.
